The design...
The process...
The service...

Next year’s conference will not only concentrate on latest developments, practical solutions, new technologies and innovations for the airport industry, but the underlying theme throughout will be the passenger.

Behind each decision for every public area of an airport, the passenger’s perception of the design, the process, the service must be taken into account in order to improve the airport experience and create a welcoming and interactive customer environment.

The need for answers has never been greater than now…

Predictability is a thing of the past; vision and leadership are more critical than ever. The Passenger Terminal EXPO conferences, workshops and seminars are still the best source of answers related to the future of the passenger terminal industry. For more than 10 years, the top leaders in the passenger terminal world have convened at Passenger Terminal EXPO to outline their visions and planning for the future.

In recent years the Railway Terminal Design and Operations Conference has run alongside Passenger Terminal EXPO, creating a complementary mix of transport industry knowledge to draw on and compare terminal design, operations and management practices and experiences.

Initial conference planning is closely attuned to the industry and the economy as a whole. The economic realities of today dictate leaner budgets and staffing. It is with this in mind that we will again include all travel industry leaders, airports, airlines and railways by bringing the two events together again; we have retained the content you have come to rely on in the conference, and added even more of interest.

Speakers at the Passenger Terminal EXPO conference will examine the future outlook for airport development worldwide, compare their experiences and discuss theoretical approaches and feasible solutions to today's concerns. They will provide case studies and insight into some of the world's most recent and complex terminal projects. Extra discussion times will be included to enable highly detailed discussions to take place on specialist and technical subjects.

We are in the process of inviting speakers, updating the website, and continually working to increase the relevance and value of the conference to our delegates.
