Conference presentation proposal form

Presentations should contain theoretical approaches and comments on the one hand as well as relevant practical examples and feasible solutions on the other.

Airports, airlines, authorities and governments will be given priority.
The information provided must be written in full sentences and may be edited.
Any company can submit up to three proposals for the conference.
Companies can make a joint presentation with an airport, airline, authority or government. In this case the form should be completed twice, once for each person, using the same information where appropriate, i.e.; presentation title, synopsis and category selection
Each proposal is given equal consideration for the merit and timeliness of the topic, the experience and knowledge of the speaker and how the proposed topic would fit with other chosen presentations
After the deadline has passed all proposals will go to an independent selection committee and all applicants will be responded to. Successful applicants, along with invited speakers will go straight into the conference schedule. Notification by 31 October 2010
If chosen, your power point presentation and any associated files must be received by us no later than Monday 14 March 2011

IMPORTANT - please note:
We will not include any corporate profile-type or commercial sales pitch-type presentations. Presentations must not include what your company does, or a specific product or service that your company supplies. Any company failing to comply will not be accepted at the conference.
This does not apply to airport, airline, authority or government speakers
