PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a Visa Invitation letter, you must first complete either the Conference Delegate Registration Form or the Exhibition Visitor and Information Request Form - unless you are a Speaker.

Business Website: (if you do not have a company website then please provide a European or American Trading Partner details for reference)
Visa invitation letters will start being processed 16 weeks prior to the event. Request yours NOW to receive it in good time.
