Visa information

Passport holders of Members of the Schengen Agreement and European Union do not require a visa to travel to France.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a Visa Invitation letter, you must first complete either the Conference Delegate Registration Form or the Exhibition Visitor and Information Request Form - unless you are a Speaker.

You are required to supply the Visa Department with the following information:

Passport Number:
Passport Start Date: (dd/mm/yyyy)
Passport End Date: (dd/mm/yyyy)
Date of birth: (dd/mm/yyyy)
Business E-mail: (free e-mail services e.g. hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc are NOT accepted)
Business Website: (if you do not have a company website then please provide a European or American Trading Partner details for reference)

Visa invitation letters will start being processed 16 weeks prior to the event. Request yours NOW to receive it in good time.
