Prior to the announcement by the French Government to limit public gatherings to 5,000 people, we were already well underway in looking at revising the dates for this year’s Passenger Terminal EXPO.
June became our preferred window and with thanks to the Porte de Versailles venue we have had the amazingly good luck to be able to secure the exact same facilities to run the event on June 9/10/11 2020. The facility is brand new, super quality and with purpose built conference facilities adjoining the Exhibition Hall. The layout enables easy movement between conference rooms so delegates can quickly switch streams and at the same time enjoy all the advantages of the incredible exhibition with over 300 exhibitors.
The date revision will give us new opportunities for participants to enjoy the summer weather in Paris which will be far better than the normal dull skies and fairly cold weather normal to late March. We are in fact now planning some extra opportunities including an al fresco dinner either at the venue or nearby. More on that shortly!
Meanwhile thank you to all of our exhibitors, speakers and delegates who have been fantastically supportive in recognising the importance of the date change.
