The Inform range has been designed to provide the latest in real-time information using intuitive software to enable customers to make educated decisions on how best to travel and how to navigate a busy airport, providing them with the right tools at the right time.
L.B. Foster designs and manufactures the latest in high-bright, touch-enabled, fixed and mobile display solutions to be positioned where customers need information the most, to ensure they can consume information immediately.
At the expo, L.B. Foster will showcase some of the new developments in the Inform hardware range, including NFC communications, help points with embedded microphones and boarding pass scanners to enable customers to find specific information about their flights. The NFC communications are designed to give customers the option to take information – such as walking routes to the departure gates, and duty-free and food-court locations – with them on their devices. The microphones and speakers are embedded in help points to help partially sighted people access information onscreen as it is dictated to them.
