GexoNAER gives airports a new way to manipulate luggage. It is an uncoupled exoskeleton for loading and unloading luggage from the trolley to the carousel. This idea will help operators considerably reduce the weight load of suitcases and prevent the many injuries caused by the work.
Gesnaer Consulting will also show B2P, an individualized luggage delivery system. Often the bags are lost, do not arrive on time or disappear, so passengers are not satisfied. B2P ensures that each piece of luggage goes to a specific compartment by means of sensors and a code. The passengers then scan the code with a device or with their cell phones.
