Travel in Paris

Depending on how often you are going to use public transport, there are two types of transportation passes: the Paris Visite Pass or the Book of 10 tickets:

  • If you intend to use public transport only occasionally (3-4 times per day) and only in Paris, the carnet of 10 tickets allows you to make 10 journeys.
  • For unlimited access to transportation in Paris only, the Paris Visite Pass zones 1-3 can be bought for unlimited travel for one day or two, three or five consecutive days.
  • For unlimited access to transportation in Paris and in the near suburbs (e.g. to Versailles, Disneyland or as far as the airports), we recommend the Paris Visite Pass zones 1-5, which can be bought for unlimited travel for one day, or two, three or five days.
