Your delegate badge will entitle you enter any conference track with a great mix of presentations, panel discussions and Q&A, and include full hospitality on the day/s you’ve booked for, with morning coffee, refreshment breaks and networking lunches. There will be an event app to download* to organise your schedule for the conference, network pre-event and arrange meetings. Once your pass is booked and paid, you'll receive a FastTrack code to print your delegate badge off on arrival at the venue and you'll have complimentary use of the cloakroom to store your belongings. You will receive access to the presentations** via a secure download portal shortly after the conference – we’ll email you with the portal address and your unique login once it’s ready.

You can attend both the Opening Day Party and the SKYTRAX World Airport Awards ceremony and celebration which will be presented live in the expo hall, not to mention benefit from the amazing networking opportunities throughout the conference and exhibition! Entry to the exhibition hall is included on all three days even if you only booked a one- or two-day delegate pass.
