Please note: In order to receive a visa invitation letter you must first complete either the Conference Delegate Registration Form or the Exhibition Visitor and Information Request Form – unless you are a speaker.

You are required to supply the Visa Department with the following information:
Passport start date (mm/dd/yyyy)
Passport end date (mm/dd/yyyy)
Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
Business email (free email services, e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc are NOT accepted)
Business website (if you do not have a company website then please provide a European or American trading partner’s details for reference)
Visa invitation letters will start being processed 16 weeks prior to the event. Request yours NOW to receive it in good time (please note – you must be registered for either the conference as a delegate or for the exhibition as a visitor in order to receive a visa invitation letter from us). If there are special circumstances that require the letter to be issued prior to the 16 weeks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
