Sittig’s technology enables data-driven automatic announcements, capitalizing on the advanced insights provided by the Xovis sensor system. This innovative technology dynamically guides passengers using voice redirection, minimizing noise pollution via targeted announcements and adjusting volume levels in response to the ever-changing airport environment.

The efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s interface have been tested and validated at Berlin Airport (BER). The system has reduced waiting times by 10% across all security checkpoints, which is attributed to its ability to automatically redirect passengers to less congested checkpoints, thereby streamlining the flow of people, enhancing operational efficiency and significantly improving passenger satisfaction.
