Visitors to DESKO’s booth at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo will discover the latest generation of the company's Penta Scanner family. DESKO says the Penta Scanner 4X's scanning technology is industry leading and it delivers excellent images with a resolution of up to 900dpi.

The higher resolution enables the user to identify abnormalities in the document more quickly. This creates additional security when verifying the authenticity of the identity document presented. In addition, the new and unique form factor simplifies its use – the housing has been optimized to be equally well suited for desktop use and the integration in existing environments.

DESKO’s product portfolio also includes efficient boarding gate readers, flexible swipe readers and water-resistant keyboards. No matter which passenger touchpoint is involved, DESKO devices are designed to provide a maximum level of service and security.
