Multi-biometric recognition makes authentication more secure

Hong Kong-based International Security Technology Ltd (IST) focuses on technology R&D and application innovation. At this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo the company is planning to showcase the following technologies: its multibiometric recognition terminal and iris recognition mirror, and its multimodal palmprint and palm vein recognition terminal.

The newly launched multi-biometric recognition terminal and iris recognition mirror combines stability, anti-counterfeiting, life-detection and iris scanning. IST has also innovatively launched the multi-biometric technology, iris+face, which has contactless collection and accurate verification, making identity recognition more efficient, accurate and convenient.

IST has developed and launched a new biometric verification product, with palmprint and palmar vein recognition technology at the core. This multimodal palmprint and palm vein recognition terminal is a device that uses the unique biometric advantages of palmprint and palm veins to obtain subcutaneous features through near-infrared light irradiation of the palm for identity recognition and authentication.

It is highly secure, has strong privacy, is highly accurate and fast and easy to use. Capture and verification can be easily completed with just a wave your hand.
